What property partners usually ask.
Who collects the guest’s payment?
Your property receives guest payment directly. Mangoville246 does not hold the accommodation payment.
When is commission earned?
Commission applies when a booking referred through your unique link or the MANGO26 code is completed. Final operational details are confirmed during onboarding.
Can I change my rates and availability?
Yes. Your property controls rates, availability, minimum stays, cancellation terms, and house policies.
Do I have to leave Airbnb or Booking.com?
No. The Mangoville246 founding-partner offer is non-exclusive, so you may continue using your existing sales channels.
What happens after the first 10 bookings?
The founding rate of 5% changes to the standard 8% commission after your first 10 completed Mangoville246 bookings.
Can I stop the listing?
Yes. The initial arrangement can be cancelled at any time. Any existing confirmed guest commitments should still be honoured.

How billing actually works

- You sign an electronic partner agreement and add a payment method with our processor before your listing goes live. We never store card or account numbers – our system refuses them.
- Every booking sends you a referral email with an MV– reference; your guest receives the same reference, so attribution is never an argument.
- We invoice monthly, only on completed stays – balances under BBD $100 carry forward until they are worth invoicing.
- Cancelled, refunded, or no-show? No commission. Report it from your dashboard within 48 hours and it clears automatically.
- If an invoice goes unpaid: a reminder at day 7, listings paused at day 14, the agreement ends at day 30 – and settling restores everything exactly as it was. We would rather say that here than in fine print.
